The Wholesale Store of Fishing Tackles has a return and exchange policy in accordance with the law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".
Before returning the goods, please contact us. In case of any problems, we will try to resolve your issue as promptly as possible.
You can return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase if it was purchased at the Wholesale Store of Fishing Tackles located at 9 Borispilska St., Kyiv.
This right is provided to you by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".
You can return the goods if:
• the color or size of the new product did not suit you upon inspection;
• the product is not what you expected;
• the product does not correspond to the description or photo;
• the product is of poor quality.
Requirements for returning the goods:
• the product was not used;
• there are no signs of use: abrasions, traces of dirt, and other defects;
• the product is equipped and the packaging integrity is not violated;
• all tags and factory labeling are preserved.
To return the goods by mail:
• Pack the goods.
• Put a new product without any signs of use in the original packaging.
If the product consists of several parts, the whole set must be returned. Make sure that nothing has been lost, and you are returning the goods in the same configuration in which you received them.

The cost of returning the goods:
You can return the goods by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. The customer pays for the shipping cost upon returning the goods. The shipping cost is calculated according to the carrier's rates, depending on the actual/volumetric weight and estimated value of the goods.
If you received the wrong product, a product of poor quality, or a product that does not correspond to the photo on the site, we will compensate the cost of returning the goods from the branch.

After receiving the returned goods and inspecting them according to the aforementioned requirements, we will refund the money for the goods within 3 days.
Please note that cords, fishing lines, and all other winding materials are not subject to return.
